[OOD-users] Announcing Open OnDemand 1.1

We are happy to announce the release of Open OnDemand 1.1. Following-on 
with the features discussed at our last webinar on September 6, 2017, 
the highlights of this release include:

  * App development support
      o new developer interface for creating, launching, and modifying
        custom apps
      o documentation for getting started with app development
  * Documentation for adding Jupyter to Open OnDemand
  * Documentation for setting-up authentication using Keycloak
  * My Jobs renamed to Job Composer
