<div>To make it simple and direct, look at item 10 on page 15.  Quickly perusing the document, it appears they are making the program too rigid for its intended purpose.  Also a discussion about funding is technically incorrect, I think. They imply the local school district funds the program, but it is the state portion of student funding that finances PSEO (unless the funding has changed in recent years).</div>
