 Hi Abbie,
Thanks for this update!
I have a question about this bullet:"All students are now eligible for school vouchers; however, EdChoice scholarships are only available to those families who earn up to 450% of the poverty line."
Maybe there is nuance in the wording here I am overlooking, but I thought every child can now get an EdChoice scholarship no matter how wealthy his family is and that the full scholarship amount is awarded to those earning up to 450% of FPL but that the scholarship amounts are stairstepped down for various percentages above that such that there is no income level too high to receive at least a small scholarship.  Did that not make it into the final budget?
