[Ohiogift] STEM seal on high school diplomas

Friends:

California recently decided to enhance a student's high school graduation
diploma with an official state seal to recognize graduates who meet
requirements for completed AP coursework. The thinking is that accented
diplomas possibly can help graduates with financial rewards, or at least
give them a slight competitive edge. Details are here:

I wonder if a similar change could help Ohio graduates, too, especially as
funding for education has been worsening in the last three years.
