[Ohiogift] NYC ending gifted ed

Friends:

A new report released this evening in The New York Times calls for the end
of gifted ed programming in public schools. The article:

In light of this prospect, we have to wonder how such a step might affect
gifted programs in Ohio, and elsewhere.
