[Ohiogift] Gifted People Quiz...

Hello Gifted Land!
I am looking for a copy of a very OLD "quiz" which lists unfavorable descriptions of famously gifted individuals...Albert Einstein, Thomas A. Edison, etc.  The quiz was often shared with regular classroom teachers to open their eyes/minds/hearts to the possibility of low-achieving students being gifted.  Can anyone help me out by forwarding a copy?
