[Ohiogift] Early entrance question

Dear Colleagues,


I was wondering if any of your districts use their own criteria for early entrance (for students with birthdays October - December), as outlined on the ODE website....


"Each district develops its ownprocedures for screening children forEarly Entrance in this age bracket.Your district will use its process andobjective criteria to determine if EarlyEntrance is an appropriate placementfor your child."


If you use something besides the Iowa Acceleration Scale, would you mind sharing your ideas with me?
