[Ohiogift] DeRolph rulings on school funding

Folks,

For years, gifted ed has been too often ignored when school funding is
mentioned, and the overall picture on *equitable *school funding in Ohio
has likewise gotten the same treatment, despite Ohio Supreme Court rulings
(DeRolph) on the matter since the 1990s.

At least a Columbus newspaper today has brought up the subject. Perhaps we
can see some movement that's positive for better gifted ed service for our
students and communities. The article makes no mention of gifted ed per se,
however:
