Hi Mary and others, 

This was a request from me to the board president, Tom Gunlock. He graciously work to made this happen. We both felt it was time to hear from someone without "skin in the game."

Thanks, Ann.  Maybe there is a change in attitude and there will be some progress if the State Board of Education is actually asking for an expert to speak to them.
