[Ohiogift] Advanced Plus PI Caluculations?

Does anyone have any documentation from ODE that the Performance Index reward for students on a Formal Acceleration Plan, looks at the current year vs the prior year for an acceleration plan when determining the weight of the student's score?

Ex. 2014-2015 student is now on an acceleration plan.  The student scores in a Proficient range for their appropriate assessment.
Will the 2014-2015 Performance Index show the 1.0 (Proficient) weight, or use the calculated reward of 1.1 (Accelerated) weight?

Or will the new weight not be calculated until the 2nd year the student is accelerated?
