[Ohiogift] The Washington Post article on ESSA

Everybody,

The Washington Post has a new article by education writer Valerie Strauss
on the impact of ESSA as it replaces the former directive that seemed to do
little for our gifted students, NCLB (also called No Child Gets Ahead). It
remains to be seen if gifted students will benefit, and by how much or
little, with ESSA.
