Thanks for all the support, and thanks so much to our terrific board members who got behind this effort and to Parent Division Chair Angela Grimm whose amazing talent and hours of hard work made it happen!  

I love to see how we all are leveraging technology to share information!
We went *really* quickly through the information to keep the webinar to a manageable length.  If a parent (or educator) group wants to follow up a webinar viewing with a Q&A session, maybe we could do something via skype.
We will have two sessions at the Teacher Academy on CCP too: one on the policy and procedures and one on special considerations of CCP for gifted kids and the adults who support them.
Districts' initial information has to be shared by March 1, with information sessions held by March 30.  Everyone is scrambling, as things from Columbus just got finalized this week.

Thanks for doing this, and for recording it.  My home internet was going in and out during the session but I intend to watch it all the way through and then host a parent session where we can watch it together.

It is Feb. 20 and to my knowledge the district has not sent out notice of availability of CCP.  (To be fair, they've been kept busy dealing with other issues.)  Given our close proximity to Ohio University, I am looking forward to how this plays out.
