[Ohiogift] Skipping along

[Gifted and Talented in Ohio Discussion List]

Not only that, but non-core teachers (those who do not teach ELA, math,
science, or social studies) have been re-designated in Ohio as
"specialists," not teachers at all.
How insulting!!
