We have an opportunity to help shape one of the most successful school
models in Ohio.  Menlo Park Academy, Ohio's only public community school
exclusively serving gifted learners, is adding an exciting new position to
the administrative team. This position oversees instructional staff and
implements an academically strong, child-centered, and differentiated
curriculum for our gifted learners.



MPA is consistently one of Ohio's highest ranked schools.  We are looking
for a dedicated team player who is excited to work with children who have
asynchronous or uneven development who can be intense, sensitive and
passionate. You must have excellent communication skills, a positive
attitude, and demonstrated ability to take initiative.



Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in leadership,
believe in active collaboration, and possess a desire to help others grow.



*Experience and Credentials*:

The position requires experience implementing high quality, gifted
curriculum and experience leading an instructional staff in gifted best
practices.  Gifted endorsement, or Master’s in Gifted and Talented
Education certification from the State of Ohio, required. Experience with
data-driven instruction is required.



Beginning salary is based on experience and education. Benefits package,
professional development opportunities, and STRS eligible.
