[Ohiogift] Un-gifting students

I'd be curious as to who 'somebody' is and how they arrived at their
information.....it's been that once they are identified, they remain
identified regardless of what following test results may be.  If that were
the case, I'd be 'un-gifting' a lot of kids.  :-)
