[Ohiogift] "Talent on the Sidelines" report

 A new blog installment has been posted on a report from UConn that addresses education excellence, and it has some compelling points and recommendations that connect with gifted ed issues. The blog piece is Talent on the Sidelines: The Widening Gap in Excellence, by Scott Barry Kaufman. The full report is by a UConn professor, Jonathan Plucker, entitled Talent on the Sidelines: Excellence Gaps and the Persistence of America’s Permanent Talent Underclass.
