[Ohiogift] Sinclair and Wilmington Summer Camps

   Sinclair Community  College is offering 4 one-week opportunities for  students in grades  7-12 at Warren County ESC in Lebanon. All courses are taught by  Sinclair faculty. See the enclosed attachment “Sinclair  Summer Camps” for more information on the following camps:
    
   1. “What’s so Funny?” Comedy Camp, June 17-21, 1-4 p.m. for grades 7-12, cost $75 
    2. Guitar Building Camp, June 24-28, 9-12 noon, grades 9-12, cost $180
    3. Waterbotics STEM Camp, July 8-12, 9-4 p.m. grades 10-12, cost $125
    4. Digital Photography Summer Camp, July 15-19, 9-12 noon, grades 7-12, cost $75
    
   The second attachment  “ACCESS 2013 Brochure” gives information about a joint venture between  Wilmington College and the Warren & Butler Counties Educational  Service Centers for current 10th and 11th  graders.  
    
   ACCESS (Academic  College Campus Experience for Student Success) focuses on strategies for  college success, the college search process, leadership and service  learning, career exploration, and participation in  an ACT prep course. Students will participate in extra-curricular  activities, including a canoe trip. Wilmington College faculty and  staff will lead the sessions. Parents will learn about the college  search process and attend a luncheon on the last day.  
    
   Cost for the 6 day  program is $299. Cost includes all meals, housing, T-shirt, program  materials and activities. Camp will run from Sunday, June 16-Friday,  June 21 at the Wilmington College Main Campus, Wilmington,  Ohio.
