[Ohiogift] Talent Act link

Margaret,

When you follow the link it says, "The petition you're trying to access has
expired due to lack of signatures!"

What a horrible blow for gifted education. Northern Ohio alone should have
been able to generate enough signatures. Where are the PARENTS and
educators who supposedly CARE about Gifted Kids? If parents won't stand up
for their own children, who will?
