[Ohiogift] Curriculum ideas for vocabulary development

 Holiday Greeting to Gifted Land!The lead administrator/school psychologist for a behavioral school has requested curriculum 
ideas geared toward vocabulary development, word play, etc., especially for grades 6-12.
Students publish a newspaper, and recently, one of the students submitted an article pieced together 
using various Metallica lyrics. He said it was an awesome piece and wanted to be able to further 
develop this type of student work.  I recommended materials by Michael Clay Thompson/Royal 
Fireworks Press.  Does anyone have other suggestions?  Thanks for your help!LeAnn Moser
