Training to Support Highly Capable Learners

PROPOSED: The Washington State PTA shall initiate and/or support legislation or policies that ensure highly capable children (K-12) receive an appropriate basic education by providing access for educators to appropriate training and/or professional development in identifying highly capable learners and serving their divergent educational needs.
