[Ohiogift] Evaluating gifted services among schools

Hi Everyone,
 
I am wondering if there are any resources out there to use in comparing the gifted services of local school districts.   A friend of mine is moving to Northwest Ohio (metro Toledo area) from out of state and gifted services are very important to them when choosing a district.  I am not sure where they should begin short of calling each district that they feel is a possibility.  Any direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
