Just a few reminders...

This year's meeting will be at the Ohio Department of Agriculture, in Reynoldsburg.

We are accepting presentations AND posters for the meeting, so please consider submitting an abstract. Attached is the meeting announcement with guidelines for abstract submission. All submissions will be due by January 3, 2020.


As in the past, we would greatly appreciate meeting sponsors. We would once again like to provide coffee and refreshments during the meeting. If you are able to sponsor the meeting, please fill out the attached Sponsorship Form by January 17, 2020. Special thanks to those who have already offered to help sponsor!!


Lastly - we are putting together a slideshow to run during breaks and lunch. If you have any pictures of past meetings or cool bat pictures (which is ANY picture of bat, really), and/or upcoming programs, please send them to Melissa Moser (melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us<mailto:melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us>).
