[OHIOBWG] Update on next week's meeting!

Hello Everyone,



Just a few reminders prior to our meeting tomorrow. We are looking forward to seeing everyone!



The meeting will start at 10 am (registration and breakfast begin at 9:30 am). Given the government shutdown, we've had to make a few changes to our agenda (see attached).



Meeting location: Ohio Dept. of Transportation - Central Office

1980 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223

Auditorium (located on the Lower Level). Look for signs directing you to our meeting.

Lunch will be on your own. You are welcome to bring a bag lunch or eat at the café located just down the hall from the auditorium. Here<http://www.dot.state.oh.us/milos/default.htm> is a menu for the café.



Please bring your own mug for coffee, though we will have cups available. If you have upcoming programs you would like to share with everyone, bring your calendars/dates as we will announce them at the conclusion of the meeting.

Just a few updates as we get ready for next week's meeting:



1)      We are accepting posters! We've had several requests already to display a poster so we thought we would open it up to the membership to see if anyone else would like to display a poster. If you have a poster to bring, please email Sarah Stankavich (Sarah.Stankavich at dnr.state.oh.us<mailto:Sarah.Stankavich at dnr.state.oh.us>) so we can have the appropriate number of easels/display boards.



2)      If you have registered for the meeting, I've added your name to the Ohio Bat Working Group list-serve. You may have received an email saying you are subscribed. We use this list-serve to communicate info about the annual meetings, upcoming events and workshops, and job opportunities.
