DUES AND REGISTRATION: Deadline for registration and T-shirt orders by mail is COB March 15, 2019.
·         Membership dues are $15 for students and $25 for professionals.
·         Registration fee is $46 for students and $66 for professionals.
·         After 5pm (CST), March 15, registration fees increase $10:  $56 for students and $76 professionals.
·         PLEASE NOTE:  The first 80 individuals to register will have the opportunity to participate in 2 different tours offered by museum staff:  a) Rice Family Native Gardens Tour; b) Mammal Collections Tour  *Registrants will be randomly assigned 1 of these 2 tours.  Tours = last 45 minutes of lunch each day.

There are 2 STUDENT COMPETITIONS: To be eligible for a cash award, indicate STUDENT STATUS when you submit abstract.
·         Best Student Oral Presentation Award
·         Best Student Poster Award

LODGING:  Discounted hotel room rates NOW expire March 15, 2019.  Please be sure and book your room prior to that date to receive the special conference rate.

·         A block of 60 rooms are being held at the nearby Travelodge/Harrison Hotel until March 15, 2019.  The discounted room rate will be for April 3-5, 2019 at $130.00+taxes. There is also a $44 per-car per-night parking fee.  Other parking options (all pay/hour) can be found in the general vicinity of the hotel.  ).  For reservations made after March 15, the hotel may likely charge a higher lodging rate than the agreed upon $130/night.
·         Please note that we have secured 20 rooms at the discounted rate for both Friday and Saturday nights (April 5 & 6) if you wish to stay in Chicago for the weekend.   Please note this at registration.

2019 MWBWG SILENT AUCTION:

  *   The 2019 annual meeting will be hosting a silent auction fundraiser that will run during the Poster Session and Social on Thursday, April 4.  As always, proceeds of the silent auction will be used to support state bat festivals, bat conservation outreach events, and to support student travel scholarships.  Please contact at least one of the following individuals if you plan to donate an item for the silent auction.  PLEASE consider donating an item for this excellent fund-raising opportunity!
