Hopefully you all took note of the Save-the Date I sent out yesterday regarding our annual meeting. I wanted also to add that we are once again accepting sponsorships for the meeting. Last year, we received generous donations to allowed us provide refreshments during our meeting. We hope to do this again this year. Subject: [OHIOBWG] SAVE-the-DATE - Annual OBWG meeting!

Hello Ohio BWG Members!!

We are excited to announce that the date of our annual meeting will be January 24, 2018. Please save the date on your calendars. The meeting will take place at the Ohio Department of Transportation's Central Office (same place as last year).

We are trying something new this year, and putting out a call for papers. This decision is based on the survey results that the membership completed last year, where it was decided that a mix of invited speakers and presentations chosen from a formal 'call for papers' should constitute our agenda. Please see attached for details on how to submit a paper. All submissions are due December 21, 2018.

We hope to see you all in January - stay tuned for details on registration. The meeting will be free to attend.
