[OHIOBWG] 2018 OBWG Annual Meeting Info - please read!

Hello OBWG Members!

Please find attached a tentative agenda for our annual meeting, coming up shortly on January 18th, 2018 at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Central Office (1980 Broad Street, Columbus, 43223). There is no need to register at this time, but we will be requesting you let us know shortly after the new year – watch for that email.

On the agenda you will notice that prior to lunch we have set some time aside for an ‘OBWG Discussion.’ We’d like to have a general discussion as to the future of the OBWG, e.g. do we want to become a more formalized working group. Below is a link to survey – it’s only 8 questions – and it just took me 3 minutes to do. We would like to discuss the results of the survey at the meeting in January, so please click the link below. Last but certainly not least, we are asking for sponsors for our meeting this year. Last year, we were fortunately to find a few sponsors willing to help at the last minute. They provided an excellent breakfast and mid-day snack selection. This year we are making our request (a little bit) earlier. If you are interesting in helping us supply breakfast and mid-day snacks, please fill out the attached sponsorship form. Thank you in advance! (FYI, lunch will be bring-your-own, or there is a café on site).
