AWWI seeks an assistant research director to support our work in developing science, tools, and strategies for wind power siting and operations that minimize impacts to wildlife and wildlife habitat. This new position will coordinate with AWWI staff, Partners, and others to define and implement AWWI's science-based initiative on bats and wind energy. We are seeking applicants with a recent PhD in ecology, wildlife biology, or related field, or commensurate work experience. Interested candidates should refer to the attached position description.
