The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announces the availability of a draft environmental impact statement, a draft habitat conservation plan, a draft implementing agreement, and receipt of an application for an incidental take permit under Section 10 of the Endangered Species Act.  The HCP was developed by Buckeye Wind LLC for its proposed wind power project in Champaign County, Ohio.
