Copperhead Environmental Consulting, Inc. is seeking seasonal qualified
Indiana bat biologists and bat technicians for the 2012 netting season (May
15 - August 15).  Start date will be flexible, but availability through
June, July, and/or August are necessary. 

 

.         Qualified Indiana bat biologists must either possess their own
federal permit or have been a subpermittee in the past two years.  

.         Bat technicians should have past experience with mist netting and
handling bats (i.e., rabies vaccinated).  However, Copperhead will consider
the right candidates with minimal experience.

 

Both positions require long hours and extensive travel; primarily in
Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia.  

 

Copperhead will cover expenses while in the field and offers competitive
wages.  Salary will be based on experience.
