Hello, 
The WNS National Plan Notice of Availability will be published in the
Federal Register on Thursday, October 28, 2010. 

In advance of this publication, the US Fish and Wildlife Service will issue
a press release and post the draft plan and supporting documents (fact
sheets, FAQs) on the  WNS website on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2010 at 9:00
a.m. 

I have attached a copy of the draft plan for your convenience.
