<p class="MsoNormal">The first question is about education verification for students who have graduated. Students or graduates who cannot receive a diploma or official transcript due to an outstanding bill often request and education verification letter stating
they graduated. How many schools also hold this letter until a student clears their bills?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The second question is about retention of records. We are moving offices and need to consolidate our files and have a question on what are other school’s policy on how long do you keep “archived” signed grade reports.<o:p></o:p></p>
