<p class="MsoNormal">It may also be very important to review the most recent Cash Management rules issued by DoE as they have some very detailed wording regarding relationships with banks. This was intended to address the student refunding issues but I wonder
if a relationship such as this would meet the conditions of those rules. We have had some interpret the rules to encompass even the smallest of reference to any banking relationship such as merely having a credit union logo on the back of a student ID card.<o:p></o:p></p>
