<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We used to have only non-mandatory workshops and the numbers were dismal at best. But since the President has mandated that any student receiving institutional funds are required to attend at least 7 sessions,
the numbers have greatly increased. Before, we offered food, giveaways, and even had the sessions at different times of the day and night and even In the dorms and they just would not show up.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Now that they are mandated, students have to show up and sign in. They are actually participating in the session and seed to be surprised of what they learn.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
