[Natfinwellness] Financial Wellness Initiatives & Their Structures at Other Institutions

Hello all!

The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has charged an Ad Hoc Committee for Financial Education and Information for Students to look how to best provide a broad range of resources to students about financial wellness. As part of our work, we are reaching out to peer institutions to learn about financial education and wellness efforts on other campuses. We would very much appreciate your responses to the questions below.


1.       How many dedicated FTEs (or even percentages of FTEs) are there for financial literacy/wellness on your campus?


2.       What unit(s) do they report to?



3.       Where do funds for this effort come from?


4. Are there required or optional academic courses that teach personal finance?


5. Do you have dedicated physical space for your program?


6. Do you have a website or URL that provides information about the services/resources/program offerings through your financial wellness initiatives?
