About Scarlet and Gray Financial (SGF)
Scarlet and Gray Financial is a nationally recognized financial wellness program that works to support students in managing their financial lives while at Ohio State. SGF is supported by over 50 volunteer peer financial coaches who work with thousands of students each year to better understand and manage their financial situation.

The Opportunity

The Student Wellness Center and Scarlet and Gray Financial are seeking a program coordinator to help support the continued growth of the nationally recognized SGF program.

The Financial Wellness Coordinator will receive vast experience in a variety of areas including:

• Delivering financial education and supporting students in developing individualized financial plans.
• Development of financial tools to assist students in learning more about their finances and managing their financial situation.
• Interacting with individuals across campus, corporate partners, donors and other private sector stakeholders to enhance the mission of SGF.
• Working with volunteer peer educators who are predominately students in accounting and finance related majors.

The position will have the opportunity to greatly impact the team of 50 students as they work to assist their peers and develop their own careers. Additionally, the Coordinator will provide meaningful guidance and assistance to student clients’ management of their finances and the development their financial knowledge.

Position Environment

This position will reside in the Student Life Student Wellness Center and report to the Assistant Director for Financial Wellness. This position will interact daily with SGF peer coaches and the general Ohio State student body. Additionally, the position will be responsible for interacting with faculty, staff and other community stakeholders.
