[Natfinwellness] Debt Letters

Scott et al,

I’m going to post a copy of the webinar that we did today on our financial aid business processes as well as a copy of the debt letter on the www.nscfw.org website.  For those to whom I’ve already sent a copy of the debt letter, the version that will be on the site will be a slightly updated one that was provided to me earlier this afternoon, so you may want to re-download.  I apologize for all of the e-mails you’ve received over this, but am incredibly happy to see so much interest in the debt letter as I think it’s a great tool for universities to implement.  If anybody does have any questions about the letter or some of our other practices, please e-mail me directly at phaschum at iu.edu.  Thanks!
