Not sure if this meets your needs, but the University of Nebraska Kearney runs their financial literacy program through the Thompson Scholars Learning program. It is a living/learning community for recipients of the Buffett Foundation Scholarship, and the financial literacy component is required for scholarship students in their sophomore year.

I'd be happy to introduce you to the program director if you'd like to learn more - just let me know!
