I checked with my expert again. Here's what he said --

Yes.  I'm pretty sure they only report to TransUnion and it shows up as
a "RentalKarma" account rather than an actual rental account with your
property mngt company.  Very limited value considering 1 of 3 credit
bureaus and that anything other than the newest FICO score doesn't
consider rental trade in their models.

I s/w their salesperson and asked them about their FCRA compliance
procedures and he reacted like I was asking in a foreign language.

I also find the lack of a "here's how it works" to be a bit deceptive.

I hadn't heard about them until your message. It sounds a bit too good to be true. I checked the bbb.org<http://bbb.org> website. There have been complaints of them not doing what they said they would.
