Hi DK,Thanks! If I configure multicast on  Ethernet switches and modify the code based on mvapich2 2.3.7, can I implement MPI_Bcast to support RocE V2 hardware UD-multicast? I'm confused whether this work involves modifying the OFED driver. And I don't know if this work makes sense? Because I feel that IB is expensive, there are currently more applications based on RoCE V2.

Thanks for your question. ROCEv2 adapters get connected to Ethernet switches (not InfiniBand switches). These switches do not include UD-based multicast. Thus, MPI_Bcast of the mvapich2 2.3.7 does not support ROCE V2 hardware UD-multicast.
