The same binary should work on IB and RoCE. You should not need any changes at configure/compile time.

We've been using mvapich2 on InfiniBand, but now have reason to wonder whether it would work on Ethernet with RoCE enabled.  Does anyone know?  Does the same binary as works for InfiniBand work on RoCE, or are there special compile/configure options needed to make it work?
