Thanks for the infos.


Yes i was quoting the patch for  Slurm18.08.3 available for MVAPICH2 but

not for MVAPICH-X.

But if you say that the patch is only for job startup optimisation, then

i do not need it.

My question was in fact to know if OSU-INAM  requires

MVAPICH-X to run.

Or, i can still run INAM with another version like that standard MVAPICH2?

Can you please let us know what patch you’re talking about?

For INAM to work with SLURM, we do not need a patch.

OSU INAM can work with different components in a modular fashion. For more details on what features are available when different components are enabled, please refer to the following webpage

The patch is needed for higher performance startup mechanisms. That patch is available from our download page
