[Mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2-X and OpenUH CAF compiler: download issue.

Dear all,

I have a download problem with the OpenUH CAF compiler for building 
the MVAPICH2-X library on a laptop with Fedora 34/x86_64 (for 
preliminary tests).

Following the Sec. "3.1.3 Installing CAF with OpenUH Compiler", 
page 9 of the mvapich2-x-2.3-userguide.pdf 
(Last revised: August 19, 2020), I tried with:
