[Mvapich] The MVAPICH mailing list has been moved to a new domain

As indicated earlier, the MVAPICH mailing list has been finally moved to a new domain (from cse.ohio-state.edu to osu.edu). All other things, including the archives, have been copied to the new mailing list. 

I am sending this note to both the older mailing list and the newer one. The older one will be discontinued tomorrow (December 30th). 

In future, you should be receiving messages from lists.osu.edu. Please make sure that you enable receipt of emails from this mailing address in your mailbox.
