[mvapich-discuss] Test failure when building MVAPICH 2.3.4 (OpenPA test_primitives)

Hi,

I have observed an intermittent test failure when building MVAPICH 2.3.4 from source for aarch64.

More specifically, I am building MVAPICH with the following configure command:

  $ ./configure --prefix=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/mvapich-2.3.4 --with-ofi=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/libfabric-1.11.1 --with-mxm=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/libfabric-1.11.1 --with-knem=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/knem-1.1.4 --with-ibverbs=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/rdma-core-31.0 --with-device=ch3:mrail --with-rdma=gen2 --with-pmi=pmi2 --with-pm=slurm --with-slurm=/cm/shared/ex3-modules/0.5.0/pkgs/slurm-20.02.5 --enable-slurm=yes --enable-fortran=all --enable-fast=O3,ndebug --without-timing --without-mpit-pvars

Thereafter, I run `make' and `make check'. The latter sometimes fails on the test `test_primitives' in the directory src/openpa/test. I have attached the relevant logs.

Now, I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct place to report such an issue. If not, then please point me in the right direction and I will file a bug wherever it is appropriate.
