Dear mvapich2 devs,

While working on reproducible builds for openSUSE, I found that our mvapich2 package got variations in build results related to non-deterministic filesystem-readdir-order

That can be fixed with this patch:
https://github.com/pmodels/mpich/pull/3690

Not all hunks might be strictly required, but it is OK to sort more than needed.

I also attached this patch rebased to mvapich2-2.2
