The current plan is as follows:

MVAPICH2 2.3 RC1 - by the end of January '18
MVAPICH2 2.3 GA - by the end of February '18

I know this question is annoying, but I just want to get a general idea: is there a thought to when 2.3 final will be released (which quarter even)? I just want to slot it into my installation schedule, and I have to imagine it will be soon.
