Thank you for the quick response below -- does mvapich2/2.2 with the combination of NVIDIA GPUs + (old) QLOGIC IB (QDR) fall into the same category of not tested/supported?

Thanks for your note and interest here.

This combination (NVIDIA GPUs + Intel Omni-Path) is currently not tested/supported in MVAPICH2.

Working on building MVAPICH2/2.2 for an NVIDIA GPU cluster.


I have found the interface (OFA-IB-CH3) and cuda configure options for when fabric is Mellanox IB.


What interface and options are recommended when the fabric is Intel's OmniPath (PSM-CH3 interface is recommended, but cannot find CUDA options)?


Any suggestions?
