[mvapich-discuss] connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused

Hello,
I have already download the MVAPICH2-Virt package to use it in docker. I find that it is packaged as rpm. But my operating system in docker is Ubuntu14.04.  Are there any deb package or tgz package that I could download?
I have already transfer it into deb and install it, but when I running the Gromacs, I still get the error
 
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused
connect [mt_checkin]: Connection refused


Any help would be appreciate!
