Dear user group,


we are currently trying to run a simulation using MPI symmetric mode on 
the Stampede KNC-cluster.

Using the MVAPICH2-mic binary provided from your download page we 
measure a host to host bandwidth of 3.6 GiB/s which is far from the 
optimal value (The non mic MVAPICH2 module provided on stampede gives a 
bandwidth of 4.8 GiB/s). Both builds are configured differently: Is 
there a way to get the source code to build a custom version of 
MVAPIC2-MIC with a suitable configuration ?
