[mvapich-discuss] download source of older versions

Which older version(s) are you looking for? As you might be knowing, latest versions not only have more features for performance and scalability, they also have more fixes and provide compatibility with the latest drivers, etc. Thus, we stronger encourage users to use the latest versions. It is difficult to provide support for very older version(s).
